I currently weigh 125-127 i need to make it to around 110-112.i heard eating more meals in smaller quantities helps.i need to keep all my muscle and get more.i what to know what to eat?also heard drinking water during the day helps and keeps metabolism up. i have a good month and some days to complete this.
