all these diets are good but if theres no exercise, then its not completely healthy...try playing badminton everyday for 1 hour, no games, just hitting hard and running all over the court with your partner with minimal breaks for water....its fun...my nephew lost 75 llbs in 3 months doing this...</description>

Well, I&#039;ve never tried them, but you may only lose 1-2 pounds a week on healthy diets.
