For the past 5 weeks I have been working out for 20 minutes to an hour and a half daily (I have skipped a day or two here and there). I have also been eating healthier like adding more fruits, vegatables, & whole grains to my diet and cutting back on unhealthy things, but not completely cutting those things out of my diet, just eating them in moderation. I don’t want to starve myself or deprive myself of the things I enjoy eating, otherwise I’ll crave them and get frutrated. I have been slowly losing weight, a pound or two a week, and can see a little difference in my waist line in addition to having more energy and feeling better about myself. But, I was wondering what I could do to see a little bit more results. Right now my workout consists of cardio and strength training, but mainly pilates. My goal is to lose 25 more pounds by April and look good in a bathing suit. Does anyone have any ideas that may help me out that have worked for you? Do thoses ab belt workout things seem to work? Have any of you tried them? I have heard that they are FDA approved and I was looking in to something like this to use at my desk at work since I have to pretty much stay at my desk while I’m at the office. Also, what about that patch thing? Does it really work? I know that there is no magic way to instantly have a great body. I know that I have to work hard to get it and I am willing to do that, I have already diciplined myself to workout daily and watch what I eat, I just waned something to give my weight lloss a little boost to help me reach my goal in addition to toning my muscles. Please let me know what has worked for you who have had weight loss success and/or toned up your body.
I also just wanted to add that I have 3 children ages 2, 5, & 9. I vary my workout time & intensity around my family’s schedule. Sometimes I can only squeeze in 10-20 minutes in the morning, then I workout again in the afternoon and/or evening. I drink a ton of water & don’t drink any soda or juice. I have tried doing those colon cleanse things in the past with no results. I also eat smaller meals/healthy snacks throughout the day rather than 3 large meals. I have found that I don’t even have much of an appetite for larger meals and for sweets and junk food. If I have a chocolate craving I break off a piece of a Hersheys bar that’s been in my desk for the last couple of weeks. I’m doing all the things that I should be doing but just not seeing a lot of weight loss. I was hoping to lose 3-4 lbs per week. Thanks for your time to help me out!

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some would declare impossible, however the one thing which definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it was highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I lost 20 pounds, it definitely does work!
Hi!
I have an Ab belt. I do not recommend it. I suffered severe stomach pains 20 minutes after using it. I tried it on many different settings and I still had stomach pains.
If you want to loose fat, I suggest eating a well balanced diet.
Grilled or baked lean meats, fruits, fiber, vegetables, water and un – salted nuts.
Exercise 5 days of the week, alternating with cardio and strength training. Do not cross out anything from your ” diet”, save the 2 days that you do not work out for being able to eat junk foods. You will not over indulge, after 2 weeks of eating a well balanced diet, on the 2 off days you have, you will not want as much junk food.
I lost 105 pounds in 1 year by eating this this way.
I use it records your cals and how many cals you burned while working out. It’s really neat and its free. It has all diff kinds of foods and brands and you just type in what you ate and it pops up. You can set up the fitness section and how much weight you want to lose by a certain date. It also tells you how many cals to have in a day if you want to lose weight.
The ab belts ****! Didn’t see any results what-so-ever. The only thing I’ve heard of to boost what you are doing now is the master cleanse diet!
Please dont laugh but try this….It is called a simpatia (magic) in Brazil and it doesnt hurt,so….why not….
On a wednesday put so many grains of rice as the number of kilograms you want to loose on a glass, fill it with of water.Do this in the morning. In the evening drink the water and fill the glass again.Next morning, thursday, drink the water and fill it again.Do the same on friday but this time drink the water together with the grains of rice.
Use always the same glass.Eat normally and dont exagerate on the number of grains of rice.
The simpatia says you will never regain these kg.You should send as many copies as the number of grains of rice to friends and relatives who could possibly be interested in loosing weight.
This should be done prior to the actual drinking of rice water.
Good luck,I will try it myself this next wednesday.
Try to publish or divulge it to as many people as you can.
This simpatia to loose weight carries the name of Chico Xavier a well known spiritualist in Brazil.
The human body is incredible at adapting to change and stresses. However, this acts as a detriment to individual weight loss since the body adjusts to weight loss regimens and adapts to operate under the constraints of your diet and exercise. To combat your natural bodies tendency to adapt It helps to constantly mix up your routine so once your body starts to become familiar with a routine you change your current routine and your body has to adjust again. Doing things like splitting your workouts through out the day will force your metabolism to stay running more than twice as long than if you worked out once a day. Try doing a shorter workout in the morning or over lunch break and one after work or in the evening. Eating several small meals also keeps your metabolism more engaged throughout the day. Have you ever tried standing at your desk instead of sitting? If you can adjust your desk so you can work while standing you will also engage your metabolism throughout the day. I wouldn’t try any gimmicky weight loss equipment or supplements. The new or trendy weight loss or fitness thingy is only trendy for as long as it takes for the general public to realize its bullcrap. There will always be another gimmick to hold the publics attention. I would recommend to do the same things but the key is to mix up the intensity, frequency and duration every few weeks. Also, keep mixing up the cardio and strength training as these two disciplines compliment each other. Keep pushing yourself both physically and discipline wise and build or learn from what you have done before. The work you put in when out of your comfort zone is where the most change occurs. Best wishes.
