No, they don’t work. A friend of mine tried one. Waste of money.

There is a great book out about getting six pack abs, tells you what to eat, etc.

They don’t do anything. It’s just a marketing gimmick. Don’t waste your money and just do some crunches.

i have no idea right now, but i can tell you from experience that the fastest and best way to get abs is to simply stick to a routine of running or some other cardio and ab workouts. it doesnt have to be intense either, just work out 3 times a week, and eat healthy, and before you know it you’ll have abs without wasting money on a machine that wont work in the first place. good luck! email me if you need help at

No they don’t work. I’ve tried and I had no results. It just goes to show…lazyness does nothing.

this is a brand new program that is actually pretty awesome.

I have studied it and it will guide you step by step to get abs for less amount of money and time spent on a device that will not work. don’t waste your money.

you should try that program though.

    good luck

no they don’t work this guy that was on a video that i saw in my economics class. he bought it and they ended up charging him $100 more than what the actual price was and not only that the belt didn’t even work. As you might guess he was dissapointed poor guy, just go to the gym.

I LOVE these things! What a great way to get people lighter! Take money from the wallet! (Sarcasm for those who could not tell.)

If you wear it 24/7/365 you will still not get a six pack from this alone.

They are low level muscle simulators that work by sending an electric current into the muscles and making them contract. They can improve muscle tone, but with the fat most people pack on over the abs you will never see the change.

Please understand that no easy way exists to a great body. You want greatness, your gonna need to work for it.

    Diet & exercise.
