the ab bet thing is a TONN of BS! 
and im sure its not bad. 
and good that you stopped drinking beer....a little bit now will be good. 
and it wont go away over night.. you need to work for it.. and it sounds like you are. 
Get a membership i Lifetime.. or something like that. and just do a tonn of different workouts. 
it takes time!
 my brother is 15. and does all that stuff.. it took him a whole summer of working out to get a sixpack.. and he worked out about 3-4 times a week.. maybe 5. 
soo it takes a TONN of time. 
just keep working and im sure you will be fine!</description>
