The only way hun to get fit will be to become active. Slowly but shortly. Go out for a jogg if you cant jog then speed walk for 30 minutes a day. And when your ready to run then go for  it. Start slow first. By the end of the month youll be running and feeling better. And the most important lower your calorie intake. And the only way to get a flatter tummy will be by situps and crunches. You can do it hun. Go for it</description>

I don&#039;t know how old you are, but believe me, you want to work out and get healthy habits now!  In a few years when you&#039;ve put on more weight or are at the same weight because you didn&#039;t want to get up and exercise, it will be even harder to lose the weight, and you might even have a metabolic problem.

i don&#039;t think the belt is going to work .... a lady in my society after using these belts burnt her skin severly so u are better off working the hard way..
check this site for article on how to increase metabolism, soup the hunger satiated, fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started  and very easy to follow with great results</description>
