no and if u take the pills the weight will get back. the only way is so walk/run and cut out all junk food and sweets.. candys.. chocolate.. etc..

Get off the couch and do something before you kill yourself !!! Stop looking for the easy way out….there ain’t no quick fix !!
i don’t think the belt is going to work …. a lady in my society after using these belts burnt her skin severly so u are better off working the hard way..
check this site for article on how to increase metabolism, soup the hunger satiated, fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started and very easy to follow with great results
I don’t know how old you are, but believe me, you want to work out and get healthy habits now! In a few years when you’ve put on more weight or are at the same weight because you didn’t want to get up and exercise, it will be even harder to lose the weight, and you might even have a metabolic problem.
If your stomach is fat, an ab belt won’t get rid of the fat, you’ll just have lots of pretty muscles underneath the fat. The only way to lose that fat is to do some cardio.
Cut down on you eating (if you eat alot) and eat healthier. Go walking or biking alot, etc. It will be cheaper and more effective than an ab belt. If you stay lazy you’ll never lose the weight. So go exercise.
Ab belts won’t do anything. Quit being lazy and do some cardio for an hour a day, change your diet by cutting out processed snacks, microwave dinners, sugary beverages and eating more fruits and vegetables. Your health depends on these changes, so take them seriously.
The only way hun to get fit will be to become active. Slowly but shortly. Go out for a jogg if you cant jog then speed walk for 30 minutes a day. And when your ready to run then go for it. Start slow first. By the end of the month youll be running and feeling better. And the most important lower your calorie intake. And the only way to get a flatter tummy will be by situps and crunches. You can do it hun. Go for it
it dosent work not at all. also you are low an body water. get to 60 to 70%. low water= higher fat. also you have to work out. no quick fixes in life.
