About two months ago I noticed two pairs of my favourite jeans were a bit tight on me. I did have a very bad diet which mostly consisted of milk and chocolate. But after seeing a bit of bulge hang over my favourite jeans I decided to do something about it. I now eat things like brown bread, and salads and cut back enormously on chocolate. I got an ab toner belt, started taking diet pills and started walking a lot and sometimes go for jogs. I can’t understand it.I’m 18 and have always been pretty thin. Since I started this I gained 4 pounds and I have only two paris of jeans left that actually fit me. It’s making me feel terrible. My boyfriend is also doing all this to lose his weight, but it seems to be working for him, and he’s even a smoker. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? And if they have any suggestions to lose weight around my stomach and my hips. I’ve also been doing a few crunches, but my main problem is my hip area which seems to be a lot worse than my pudgy stomach.

those belts that you put around your stomach that supposedly send electric impulses that help tone your body working the muscle and burning fat…. I mean seriously.. how effective is this product? MARIO#21!!! asked:
Ok so i’m 19 years old and have a little bit of belly fat; its not even a lot. I have a flat stomach with a little bulk of fat towards the bottom of my stomach and want to know if the contour ab belt thing would work if i were to buy it. I used to drink beer but i stopped now and have dedicated myself into getting stronger and working out but i’ve been finding it hard to get rid of the damn stubborn belly fat i have. need some tips and btw my diet is good and i lift weights and do lots of cardio: i run, play soccer, basketball, football and baseball. Ok, no more F@GS like Cam can answer my question….only smart people are allowed to give intelligent answers I do lots of sit-ups and crunches but no use. I actually have a visible 4-pack if i flex/contract my stomach. Antonio Venomous asked:
i have no fancy machines or those ab belts or anything like that. I tried alot of crunches but nothing happened. How do i get a 6 pack in say a month? curious person asked:
I recently bought the Contour Ab system. It is basically a belt that goes around the waist. There are four electrodes that send signals to your ab muscles to flex and relax. The purpose of the belt is to get nice toned abs. But I wonder if using this belt is bad for my body, especially my uterus. Can this prevent me from having kids in the future? I’m only 19. Does anyone know the answer or have strong reasoning as to why this could be bad for me? Bigmomma asked:
I have lost about 90 lbs over the past 2 years and am still about 30 lbs overweight. I **** my stomach. It is a reminder of my junk/fastfood days and I want it gone. Is there an alternative that actually works..like workouts or ab belts. I plan to get a tummy tuck within a year (I have to save for it). But if there is a better alternative out there I would much rather try that. THanks

how to strengthen Ab muscles and lose inches from mid section?Posted by Admin in Diet & Fitnesswinssqueeky asked:
is that slendertone flex belt (the thing that contracts your muscles for you) worth buying? I’ve read good things about it, but im not sure. Remlik asked:
Just wondering if anyone has had much luck with these ab belts like slendertone flex, ab butterfly and others that i’ve heard of. Please share your experience. Ya know, i was just asking a simple question and what i got was some woman calling me “fatty”? real mature, thanks for your help! for your information i’m a whole 8 pounds overweight…can you say the same? Hot.Ice asked:
I’m a 225lb male who just cant seem to get any of the fat off my body. I started this diet and exercse routine in May. Every morning I go to the gym and do 4 sets of 15 on the chest, back, triceps, and abs. Then I go 2 hrs on the elliptical machine so I burn at least 2000 calories. Not to mention my summer job I work 4-5 days a week has me walking around upward to eight hours. As for diet I eat small healthy meals througout the day(fruit, turkey sandwhich on wheat, cereal bar), and drink plenty of water. It feels like I’m doing all this for nothing b/c I haven’t seen ANY results. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I have yet to see and changes to my body and its driving me crazy. I thought it was easier for males to loose weight. I’m started to become tempted by diet pills, and ab belts that I know won’t work but i’m desperate. Not to mention I’m becoming paranoid that I just cant loose weight. The fat is here to stay…. |
